I am completely dismayed with the professionalism of the agent. Send me back saying that, the shop is busy. I was not sure which trim I like to buy... My husband and I purchased a 2011 CR-V at O'Hare Honda on February 12, 2011. We have purchased other vehicles from O'Hare Honda and always had a good experience. However, this time we went through the Consumer Reports "Build & Buy" service. Our hope was that O'Hare Honda was a participant, and fortunately it was. Gina DiGiacomo from O'Hare's Internet sales group responded with a quote almost immediately. Upon arrival at O'Hare, Job Alex greeted us and took over as our salesperson. He did an excellent job, was helpful with all of our questions, and very patient when we both test drove a couple of times and discussed colors and features, etc. We also felt that Job new everything there was to know about the CR-V and probably the other vehicles at Honda. His knowledge and helpfulness was impressive. Job has also followed up and has encouraged us to call him with questions. The business manager, Marc Brescia, was also very helpful. All in all we couldn't be happier with our purchase experience at O'Hare Honda and with Job's excellent help and patience. Needless to say this is precisely why we will continue to come back to O'Hare Honda (my husband has his eye on the Ridgeline sometime in the next couple of years). Needed my usual oil change and had a coupon. First customer service got me an appt right away, then I was greeted by the service writer who was very friendly and outgoing. He complimented me on my driving habits and said that I still had some time left before the oil change was needed. Upon getting the car, it was washed and very clean and done within the hour while I waited. I got a good price for the service I got and feel like they are taking good care of the car they sold to me. More

I came into this dealership at 3:00 on a Saturday with a dead battery. I had a cable jump to get there. Greg checked and said they had 1 battery left for my Honda Civic Hybred, but no service people were dead battery. I had a cable jump to get there. He suggested I buy the battery and come back on Monday a.m. Instead while he went to get the one battery left, his partner Jerimy started taking out the old battery himself. Most of my previous car-buying experiences have been long and arduous. I told my sales consultat Jane Cigir at the start that I enjoyed buying a car about as much as pulling my own teeth with rusty pliers. and arduous. My Dec. 29 experience at O'Hare Honda with Jane (and Marc in the business office) was by far the most pleasant I have ever had. She was pleasant and helpful from the moment I walked into the dealership, which was very busy that day. She asked me the right questions to determine what features were important to me. We took a test drive, picked a color and started the process. I'm now driving a beautiful new 2011 Accord. It was quick and virtually stress-free, which I cannot say has ever been the case before over more than 3 decades of car buying in 5 states. I will enthusiastically recommend Jane Cigir and O'Hare Honda to any of my friends in the future and know that they will be treated well. More
