Adolfo was an excellent and thorough sales representative. He wasn't aggressive and let us take our time in making our big decision. Not only was he patient but he walked us through the process with great ease and provided us with the best rate for our vehicle choice. He made it feel like a caring environment and was super friendly throughout the entire experience. He made us comfortable and gave us a reason to trust his services and in him. Above all, he met our needs and provided stellar customer service which was just as important as buying a vehicle. We recommend him to anyone making a big purchase and we will be purchasing from him again soon. More

I strongly recommend Mary Rycerz as the person to see for a new or used Honda. I was warmly greeted by Mary and given a few options to test drive. When I left after my first visit, I left with information a new or used Honda. I was warmly greeted by Mary and given a few options to test drive. When I left after my first visit, I left with information and other car comparisons to help to decide which car to buy. This was great! No pressure to buy that night. The next day, Mary called to thank me and when I chose a Civic she made the process move quickly. While waiting for the Finance Dept. she demonstrated my car and went home very happy. The next day, Mary called to thank me and was able to answer questions about the GPS. Yesterday, I got a birthday email from Mary. She takes care of her customers and does not forget them after the sale is completed. Ask for Mary Rycerz when looking for a car. JC More

I am 65 years old and have purchased many automobiles in my day but buying my new Honda CRV was a most pleasurable experience. My sales person, Mary Rycerz could not have been more professional. She took my day but buying my new Honda CRV was a most pleasurable experience. My sales person, Mary Rycerz could not have been more professional. She took a sincere interest in helping me make my buying decision. She was patient and never pushy. She was knowledgeable about Honda product, and most of all she gave me the best price than any of her competitors. She never once used the worn out pharase, "What will it take to make you buy a car today." That to me is a real turnoff. Also, she was the only sales person that gave me a purchase price in writing. None of the other dealers did that and continued to play games. She also gave me a fair trade-in. Mary is the kind of person you just feel like doing business with. And as far as dealer service I couldn't be more satisfied. You know, buying a new car should be a fun experience, not a hassle. That's why my final decision was to choose O' Hare Honda and Mary Rycerz, and believe me, I have no regrets. More

After shopping around between Nissan's and Honda's. Adolfo brought me to realize that Honda's were far better cars. Got me into my new Accord which I love so far. Stay away from this place - it oozes dishonest and disrespectful! I had made a few phone calls and began to negotiate on a particular car. The salesman I worked with was Anatoly (Al) P. (he used t disrespectful! I had made a few phone calls and began to negotiate on a particular car. The salesman I worked with was Anatoly (Al) P. (he used to be at Carrs Honda). Finally, after several call backs from him "checking in" on me and the status of my car purchase, I called back on Saturday afternoon to see if the car was still available. When I learned that it was, I told him I would drive right over for a test drive. Prior to hanging up, I told "Al" I'd see him in about 20-30 minutes. So I arranged for childcare for my youngest kids and took my oldest with me. When we showed up to the dealership, Al greeted me and we walked off into the parking lot together, presumably to test drive this very car I came out to see. 10 seconds later he turned and said, "oh, I think that car just sold." I expressed my utter disbelief that car which had been there 20 minutes earlier sold and disappeared off the lot so quickly. He went to "double check" and when he came out informed me that in that 20 minute period the "owner's wife" stopped by the dealership and borrowed the car for the weekend. Unbelievable! Obviously the car wasn't there when I called and this @ss just didn't value my time enough to actually check on it. Straight up liars (which I know is not a total shock from a car dealership)...I will never go back. More
