AutoNation Honda O’Hare

I've been going to this dealership since I bought my first Honda Odyssey there in 2001 which I later sold to a family member when I bought a 2006 Odyssey. I am still driving the '06 because of the great first Honda Odyssey there in 2001 which I later sold to a family member when I bought a 2006 Odyssey. I am still driving the '06 because of the great service I get here. My vehicle is like brand new even with it's 108K miles on it. I hope to keep it for another 100K. I have, however, never gotten to know one service advisor because they seem to come and go quickly. However, I have seen Char a few times in addition to this last visit and hope to get know her. She was very helpful in getting a ride for me and in communicating the progress of my service as it occurred. I would certainly set up my next appointment with her. More

I brought my Pilot in for an oil change and was greeted by Eddie very warmly. Love the family atmosphere at this dealership! The person I dealt with was friendly, but unprofessional. I was buying a car out of state and since I was unable to see the car physically, I needed to have one of the sales reps look over the car for me so I was buying a car out of state and since I was unable to see the car physically, I needed to have one of the sales reps look over the car for me so that I could make sure everything was working before making a purchase. Despite telling the lady I’d be paying in full once everything was checked over, she emailed me back and told me that the car was sold because someone came in before me and made a full deposit for it. I understand cars are first come first serve, but I find it unprofessional that you decided to sell a car that I’m inquiring about just because I needed to have a few things looked over before making an out of state purchase. Just like the majority of the reviews here, I wouldn’t recommend. More
