He gave me a larger discount on service than what I had qualified for which saved me some money and made me feel that my business is appreciated. Anna Marie was an excellent sales person! She knew about the two cars I wanted to see and was honest and enthusiastic about the them. Thé service I received was horrible here is my story I was in the waiting room got a personal call went out saw my car sitting there. So I finished my call went to the service person to check if my car is was in the waiting room got a personal call went out saw my car sitting there. So I finished my call went to the service person to check if my car is ready I did see my keys in front of her. She said the car is in the alignment row . She said she would come and get me went back thé to waiting room after about 8 mins she comes and tells me the car is done . How do I know what I paid for was actually done . She did not put the 15% as promised the bill was not right . Then I go to my car there is a spring in there . I have been going here since 2012 or more this is your third strike . Really upset More
