I showed up without an appointment and they still took me. I still come to this dealership for service even though I moved 45 minutes away and there are other Honda dealerships that are closer. He gave me a larger discount on service than what I had qualified for which saved me some money and made me feel that my business is appreciated. When I get new tires later this year, I'm definitely giving Josh a call. More

Anna Marie was an excellent sales person! She knew about the two cars I wanted to see and was honest and enthusiastic about the them. Thankfully she was not pushy but very supportive of my concerns and ques the two cars I wanted to see and was honest and enthusiastic about the them. Mary couldn't have been more courteous and easy to work with. She was very in tune to our needs, and we had fun working with her. She found us the car that we had been wanting! We did have to wait a ver with. She was very in tune to our needs, and we had fun working with her. She found us the car that we had been wanting! Thé service I received was horrible here is my story I was in the waiting room got a personal call went out saw my car sitting there. So I finished my call went to the service person to check if my car is was in the waiting room got a personal call went out saw my car sitting there. So I finished my call went to the service person to check if my car is ready I did see my keys in front of her. She said the car is in the alignment row . She said she would come and get me went back thé to waiting room after about 8 mins she comes and tells me the car is done . How do I know what I paid for was actually done . She did not put the 15% as promised the bill was not right . Then I go to my car there is a spring in there . I have been going here since 2012 or more this is your third strike . Really upset More
