Scheduling was simple. The person I was told would be helping me was not available. AutoNation never again. 5 months ago I went for an air conditioning problem (my car is from 2018, which I bought it here as new) after a long wait they informed me that the air condenser had problems and conditioning problem (my car is from 2018, which I bought it here as new) after a long wait they informed me that the air condenser had problems and they needed to replace it, they proceeded with the change and now 5 months later, the air fails again, I go to this place again, after they check my car, they inform me according to them that it is the compressor and that I have to pay about 2000 dollars apart from the 1200 that they wanted to charge me previous, I don't know if they are scamming customers because it cannot be that in less than 5 months it will break again, and I have to come for the same problem that I thought was solved, and also they want to charge me that sum of money, I don't know, if they didn't change what they had to change or the mechanic didn't do his job. I spoke with manager Richard Llanes, supposedly they were going to call me last Thursday, today is Monday and I'm still waiting for his call to help me solve the problem. It is disrespectful what they have in this place. I do not recommend to anybody. More
