Honestly the service the wait time( even with an appointment) is ridiculous, the prices are super higher, the price for the refill of the wiper are 50$ wow !!! Like Braman the charge you only $19.99 More

You need a dedicated person answering the phone at the service department. You can't expect customers to spend the whole morning trying to get in touch with somebody while phones go unanswered. More
