Please make sure all customers feel welcome, regardless if you speak English or not. The second Manager came to welcome customers that appeared to be Hispanic, he was very welcoming. The customers that wer if you speak English or not. The second Manager came to welcome customers that appeared to be Hispanic, he was very welcoming. The customers that were of African American descent he was not welcoming at all. I asked who he was the young lady gave me his name (Roberto??)and said he does not speak English. This is not Ok, I watch him as he went throughout the dealership. I spent too much and have been a loyal customer since 2019, I should not feel this way. I have concerns. However, the service representative always treated me with respect and made me feel welcome. More
