The seller was very polite on the requirements we had. I requested information on the web site about a Honda CRV, and that was the car I purchased in the price range and interest I expected. It was the same interest that was published in the website. Many times the page says one thing and when one gets there, you another but at this time it was totally different My opinion on buying a car in a dealer has changed after this experience. More

Gerardo was our initial contact via the Costco referral. He was always helpful but never intrusive. Ricardo became involved when we decided to put together an offer on the Elite that was on hand.He was instrumental in securing additional incentives from the general manager as well as arranging inclusion of the accessories into the deal and their subsequent installation. Tiberio was very pleasant and extremely helpful during the processing of our paperwork and associated financing. We especially liked the touchscreen desktop. The following day I returned to have the accessories installed. Felix handled the installation most expeditiously. Gerardo and Ricardo both made a point to visit with me while I waited and both took time to verify progress of the work. Gerardo also returned items I had unknowingly left in my trade-in and also faxed a necessary document to my insurance agent. The accessories were installed to my satisfaction and the van was detailed again as promised. The reason I was not able to give a score of "5" for price was the fact that the Touring models were unable to be discounted as significantly as other Odyssey models under the Costco buying program.Overall,my buying experience was one of the best to date and certainly the best I can recall in South Florida. Last but not least, the cafe in the lobby is awesome! More
