Do yourself a favor and avoid coming here at all costs. I came in because I received a letter from Honda saying that the A/C condensers in my Civic model were faulty and that I should bring it in to an au I came in because I received a letter from Honda saying that the A/C condensers in my Civic model were faulty and that I should bring it in to an authorized Honda dealer to have it looked at. My A/C was generally good before the inspection. So I brought it in on 11/20/2020. They came back and told me it wasn't the condenser that was faulty, but the compressor, and to fix it would run me $1500. Being that the A/C was generally good I decided to wait on it and drove off. The next few days I noticed that the A/C wasn't blowing any cold air at ALL and was completely broken. I brought it back and simply asked them to fix whatever happened during the inspection, I figured the tech drained the freon or something and forgot to refill it. I had to deal with the assistant manager Benji who was extremely condescending and tried to tell me that I had a leak in the system and the freon probably leaked out. I asked him how is it possible that the A/C was working fine before I brought it in and all of a sudden now it doesn't work at all? All the freon magically leaked out right after he did the test? He refused to help me in any way. I explained I wasn't asking them to do the repair on the compressor for free, just to help make the a/c system work how it did before I brought it in. Absolutely no assistance on that. So now I'm stuck with an A/C system that doesn't work at all thanks to AutoNation Miami Lakes. I should have never even brought my car over for an inspection! More
I very disappointed in the technician today. Not only did he waste time on the fog lamp by forgetting, he put 35 psi in the tires when the door sticker states 30 psi. Cancellation of GAP Insurance It's been almost 2 months since I first asked Autonation Miami Lakes to cancel the GAP insurance for me and they are continuously ignoring my request It's been almost 2 months since I first asked Autonation Miami Lakes to cancel the GAP insurance for me and they are continuously ignoring my request. I contacted them several times via phone and email and they told me that they had submitted the form already. However, I contacted the insurance company and they informed that they have no record of the cancellation form. I tried to escalate the issue but unfortunately I was already talking to JEOVANNY HIDALGO-GATO Customer Financial Services Director, and he doesn't return my call or respond to my emails. I requested the form myself, completed and sent it. Hopefully if they require additional information from this dealership someone acknowledges the request and completes it. More

Incompetent Dealer I bought a new highly sought Civic R Type. I live in New Jersey. The dealer promised - no problem - we can get the car registered for you in New Jersey. What a nightmare. I had to get Honda corporate involved. Bottom line is they are incompetent and could care less. Their only goal was to sell me a car. They had no idea how to register car out of state. They promised to hire an expediator which I have no idea if they ever did. They gave me the run around and three months later I still cannot get my car registered. Honda corporate was not much help either claiming the dealer is independently owned and had no control to resolve my issue. No chance I will ever buy a Honda again. Terrible all around. More
