Scheduling was simple. The person I was told would be helping me was not available. Azhar did help me and was very helpful and pleasant after 2 other gentlemen at desks in the service area allowed me to helping me was not available. I appreciate the indoor and outdoor waiting area with plenty of space for appropriate distancing from others waiting.
