UNLUCKILY FOR ME HE IS NOT LONGER THERE. I CANNOT SAY THE SAME FOR DARIO SALINAS. WHEN I ARRIVED SERVICE, NOBODY WAS ABLE TO LOCATE DARIO, THEN AFTER 15-20 MIN I WAS TOLD DARIO WAS IN THE CASHIER DEPARTMENT, HE WAS NOT THERE, THEN WHEN I GOT UPSET, SOMEBODY TOOK CARE OF ME. LATER WHEN I PICK-UP MY HONDA, THEN DARIO WAS THERE. I FELT I WAS MIS LEADED BY DARIO, PARTICULARLY IN THE THICK OF THE BRAKE PADS, BECAUSE IT IS EASILY VISUALIZED AND WAS NOT AS DARIO TOLD ME. ALSO, HE TOLD ME THAT MY GAS TANK AND GAS LINE WAS PARTIALLY DIRTY AND OBSTRUCTED, WHEN I ASKED HOW THE TECHNICIAN WAS ABLE TO FIND OUT THIS, HE REPLY THEY KNOW THAT BY THE COMPUTER AND A CAMERA THEY PUT IN THE GAS TANK AND THE LINE. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT. THE AIR CABIN FILTER WAS CHANGED IN THE PREVIOUS OIL CHANGE (REPLACED BY HONDA AUTONATION AND DARIO TOLD THAT WAS NECESSARY TO REPLACE IT. NOBODY INSPECTS THE FILTER AND FINALLY, DARIO TOLD ME THAT THE TIRES NEED TO BE ROTATE WHEN IN FACT THE FRONT TIRES WERE NEW. AGAIN, NOBODY INSPECTED THEN.
