AutoNation Honda Lewisville - Service Center

I had to rent a car to drive while my car was being serviced. When it was time to pick up my car I had no way to drop off the rental and get to the dealership. Mike Malone was great, he arranged transp serviced. When it was time to pick up my car I had no way to drop off the rental and get to the dealership. Mike Malone was great, he arranged transportation for me so that I was able to drop off my rental, pick up my car and still make it to work, on the other side of town…on time! Thanx a bunch Mike, you’re the best! I truly appreciate you for your professionalism and understanding of my unique issues…and just good old fashioned friendliness!! More

Being a patient person, it is amazing to me it took 4 hours for an oil change when my vehicle was scheduled for a week. I could have walked to an auto supply store and bought the filter and oil in a more hours for an oil change when my vehicle was scheduled for a week.
