Being a patient person, it is amazing to me it took 4 hours for an oil change when my vehicle was scheduled for a week. I could have walked to an auto supply store and bought the filter and oil in a more hours for an oil change when my vehicle was scheduled for a week. I took my car in for routine maintenance and was greeted immediately. This person sent out a Service Advise and I don't remember her name. She had my car taken back to be looked at and it was decided I a immediately. This person sent out a Service Advise and I don't remember her name. She had my car taken back to be looked at and it was decided I a couple of things done to my Honda. I will be leaving town on a trip so I decided to choose a few of their of their recommendations. As far as my Service Rider I have no idea of her name. She was in the process of training and she was just "OK". She could have been a little more friendly but she wasn't unfriendly. I think some of the maintenance recommend wasn't necessary so I declined some of items to be done. I think since she was in training I will give her a break on the service I was provided. My car wasn't washed which I was disappointed but she did offer to take it back to wash - I declined as I was in a hurry. I would like to know my Service Rider and I really don't have one? More

Poor service communications. I received 2 recall notices from Honda and I was also near the renewal date for my state inspection, so I called to make an appointment for the recalls and inspection. I couldn't get an appointment until the following week, which was disappointing, but I do know companies are having staff shortages, so okay. When they confirmed the appointment details on the phone, they only mentioned one of the recalls, so I repeated that there were 2 recalls and I need my inspection. But the confirmation email still only mentioned the one recall. I should have called back then, but I figured that was just how their system worked. When I showed up for drop off, the person who took my keys mentioned the one recall and I again said 2 recalls and an inspection. They said they didn't see the other recall and I told them I left both notices in the car so they can do both. She made a note about the other recall on the paper and told me there would be no charge before I signed for the drop off. I said, really - no charge for the inspection, and she said no. I did not read every word of the paper (my fault), but I saw one recall, a hand-written note about a second, and a line with the word inspection in it, so I signed and left. This was 9am. At 5:30 pm, I realized I hadn't heard that my car was ready. I called, no answer, left voice mail. No one called back and I tried calling 3 more times before they closed and never spoke to anyone. The next morning, still no one called me, but I finally got someone on my second try. The person launched right into an update on my car (with no apology about not calling the day before) and they tell me they had to order a part for the 2nd recall (the one that hadn't been noted properly on the schedule) but it would be in that morning and they'd call back when it was ready. (I scheduled a week in advance and twice noted 2 recalls - I think it was fair to expect them to already have the needed parts and when they didn't to at least call me that first day to explain). I did get a call that my car was ready. As I'm picking it up, they tell me they did the 2 recalls, and I say - and the inspection. The person doing the paperwork doesn't see an inspection note and soon realizes they had noted the free Honda inspection not the state inspection I needed this week. He apologized (finally someone did) and ran out to see if they could do one... But they couldn't because one of the recalls reset a sensor they need. Now I've got to drive my car around (more than I typically would) and take it back in (somewhere else) later this week because the only thing I really needed done this week was that inspection. All in all: I couldn't get in for a week, I repeatedly mentioned 3 services but was only scheduled for one, as a result they weren't prepared for one of the recalls, at drop off I questioned the free inspection and still they didn't correct that service, because they didn't have the inspection properly noted they did the service in an order that meant that I had to delay my inspection which was due very soon, and as this was all taking longer than I expected no one answered or returned my calls for hours. I assume the recall work was done correctly, but this was ridiculous More
