Poor service communications. I received 2 recall notices from Honda and I was also near the renewal date for my state inspection, so I called to make an appointment for the recalls and inspection. I couldn't get an appointment until the following week, which was disappointing, but I do know companies are having staff shortages, so okay. When they confirmed the appointment details on the phone, they only mentioned one of the recalls, so I repeated that there were 2 recalls and I need my inspection. But the confirmation email still only mentioned the one recall. I should have called back then, but I figured that was just how their system worked. When I showed up for drop off, the person who took my keys mentioned the one recall and I again said 2 recalls and an inspection. They said they didn't see the other recall and I told them I left both notices in the car so they can do both. She made a note about the other recall on the paper and told me there would be no charge before I signed for the drop off. I said, really - no charge for the inspection, and she said no. I did not read every word of the paper (my fault), but I saw one recall, a hand-written note about a second, and a line with the word inspection in it, so I signed and left. This was 9am. At 5:30 pm, I realized I hadn't heard that my car was ready. I called, no answer, left voice mail. No one called back and I tried calling 3 more times before they closed and never spoke to anyone. The next morning, still no one called me, but I finally got someone on my second try. The person launched right into an update on my car (with no apology about not calling the day before) and they tell me they had to order a part for the 2nd recall (the one that hadn't been noted properly on the schedule) but it would be in that morning and they'd call back when it was ready. (I scheduled a week in advance and twice noted 2 recalls - I think it was fair to expect them to already have the needed parts and when they didn't to at least call me that first day to explain). I did get a call that my car was ready. As I'm picking it up, they tell me they did the 2 recalls, and I say - and the inspection. The person doing the paperwork doesn't see an inspection note and soon realizes they had noted the free Honda inspection not the state inspection I needed this week. He apologized (finally someone did) and ran out to see if they could do one... But they couldn't because one of the recalls reset a sensor they need. Now I've got to drive my car around (more than I typically would) and take it back in (somewhere else) later this week because the only thing I really needed done this week was that inspection. All in all: I couldn't get in for a week, I repeatedly mentioned 3 services but was only scheduled for one, as a result they weren't prepared for one of the recalls, at drop off I questioned the free inspection and still they didn't correct that service, because they didn't have the inspection properly noted they did the service in an order that meant that I had to delay my inspection which was due very soon, and as this was all taking longer than I expected no one answered or returned my calls for hours. I assume the recall work was done correctly, but this was ridiculous More

Over the last 4 years, I have bought 2 cars and highly recommended this location to all my friends. Over last week, it has gone from a 6 out of 5 stars to a -2 stars. I know last time I was in the location for service there was very few employees in the store. The one I spoked to about it said they had to let most of their workforce go. It shows... For the last week+, I have called, left messages, and just been aghast at how bad service has been. Almost every time I called and went to the service option, I was sent to a offsite call center that then sent me to Tammy or Scott's voicemail. That was, according to me phone, 17 calls not including transfers. The first time I called I got to Steve at the location. He said he needed some paperwork before they could schedule me and would call me back shortly. -- That was over a week ago now. Mostly I get sent to the service manger's Tammy's voicemail. Not once have I been called back. The last time I called I did not choose service. I picked Sales. And that got me right to Richard (I think... this was the 3rd call of the day) who said he was one of the Managers for the store. After finding my account and explaining what has been going on, he said 'I will go over and speak to Tammy right now and have her call you right back'. That... was 6 hours ago. No call. I was planning on buying another car here. Now... I think I will take my business elsewhere for purchases. Unfortunately, I have to deal with them for several more years for service and warranties that I purchased with my cars. It's such a same that this one experience has absolutely ruined my opinion of this location. Shame. Shame. Shame More
Had rattle in dash of my 2018 Accord. Rusty Wallis tried three times over three years to fix it and failed every time. Even replaced dash and re-installed it incorrectly. I had an engine replaced by the service department and they failed to install a kit required for engine replacement. As a result of their negligence, within 5 months the engine failed and needs to be rep they failed to install a kit required for engine replacement. As a result of their negligence, within 5 months the engine failed and needs to be replaced again. Its been three weeks and still not fixed and they wont provide a loaner/rental. More

Then, the person who catered to us, Joe Sims, asked us who spoke to the person on the phone but we weren’t told we had to provide that specific information considering the database should find customers based on last name and vehicle type and more. Then Joe Sims’ tone to us was very mean because he was blaming us for giving the wrong name which is wrong. We gave both the first name and last name. Then, we gave the phone number and then we were referred to another very nice guy. While the second guy was very nice, Joe Sims was very mean to us. More

He even made the comment as I answer my own question without let me finished talking. I ask for manager and she is same as joe poor customer service. Instead of listening my question she just ask me what type of car I have.. I guess this is the type of customer service are being trained and accepted only at this location. Very disappointed. Never visit this location again.. More
