I tired to call as you directed, was unable to reach anyone, just adding to my frustration with the service. Until trying to reach you I was actually feeling pretty good about my follow up service. The first time I brought the car in they were unable to find anything wrong, even though I continued to have trouble starting the car. I brought it back 10 days later. I told them I was not leaving until it was fixed. They got the master mechanic working on it this time, (it would have been nice to have someone who knew something the first time). They did find two problems: the starter and some issues with the electrical cables, which was fixed. As of now (5 days later) I have not had any additional problems. I did speak to the mechanic (Haun), who really knew his stuff too bad he did not work on my car to begin with. Cynthia really tried both times to get it fixed. Don't tell people to call, if they cannot get through to someone.
