Any rating for this service department above a 1 are bogus. I have called this service department on 6 - 8 occasions and have never been able to connect with a service advisor. I have left messages bogus. I have called this service department on 6 - 8 occasions and have never been able to connect with a service advisor. I have left messages on each occasion with name and number and NEVER received a return call from any of them. Called the General Manager on two occasions with no answer. Left messages and no return calls. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY ARE INEPT AT EVEN A SIMPLE TASK SUCH AS RETURNING A PHONE CALL. By the way, I rated them a 1 and their system upgraded it to a 2. If I could rate it 0 I would have done it. More

Cynthia was very helpful, honest and kind. My service took longer than what was expected, but she kept me updated the entire time and truly felt bad that it was taking so long. I was understanding that the staff was doing their best with what they had. Sure I was frustrated, but yelling and getting upset with the staff isn’t going to change anything. It won’t make they work faster, and it won’t make the parts needed arrive sooner. The only thing it does is makes the staffs job harder and more stressful. Thank you so much Cynthia for helping me get my serviced and being honest about your recommendations! I will definitely be back! More
