The staff was friendly enough, but had to be prodded. I never spoke to my assigned service rep until it was time to pay out, and I had to ask for that. It should not take 3 hours for an oil change, This never spoke to my assigned service rep until it was time to pay out, and I had to ask for that. It should not take 3 hours for an oil change, This is why people prefer to not go to the dealer, but there was a skid plate on the car that my local oil change place was unable/unwilling to remove to get to the oil filter. The service center folks are extremely helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Michael took the time to go through the results with me as well as any thing I might want to pay close attention to i thoughtful, and knowledgeable.
