James was very nice, polite, and detailed about what he saw. But my car was returned making new noise(when you turn on heat/air there is a loud clicking whirling noise) When i got home i called (left vm) a saw. I understand my car may be older, but it was not having this issue before I brought the car in. Just very disappointed my car now has a new issue with no resolution.
