Nothing to resolve here. This isn't about my tire rotation. It's about your business practices. Did I get the new oil filter I paid for? Would I have really gotten the brake fluid flush that was suggested on a vehicle with 8,300 miles on it? This is about letting the public know how you operate your business. My next new Honda and service will be purchased from another dealer.
