My service person Mike Malone is the best. My 2007 element is treated like a new car. I cannot afford a new car, so keeping it running is very important to me. I have bought two new cars from this dealership. Today, for the second time, I was charged $25.00 for a tire rotation they did not do. Since they did it the last time, this time I marked the front tires wi for the second time, I was charged $25.00 for a tire rotation they did not do. Since they did it the last time, this time I marked the front tires with a sticker. After being charged and still in the service drive, I checked and the tires had not been rotated. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. This dealership doesn't seem to understand that it is against the law to charge for service and repair and then not do the work. More
