Dealership service department does a good job finding the problem with my power windows/side mirror/tailgate and they fixed it by swapping out another switch and then putting the original back in. I"m very disappointed that a $350 switch has failed on my 2016 Pilot -this should last 10+years - but not a dealership problem. All this and 3 other services completed in a day and price was reasonable. More

Service was done well but my wait time was excessive over ( 2 hours). If I knew the long wait ahead of time I would have rescheduled.
