We took our 2014 MDX for an oil change and to check our windshield washer. We dropped it off at 7:00AM (we had an appointment). We finally called at 5:00pm because we had heard nothing and they said they h windshield washer. We dropped it off at 7:00AM (we had an appointment). We finally called at 5:00pm because we had heard nothing and they said they hadn’t even looked at it. We finally received at text from Jordan at 1:00 the next day recommending a transmission service for approximately 200, and that the windshield washer just needed to be de clogged, which we agreed to immediately by text. We texted Jordan back around 4:00 asking about the status and heard nothing. So we drove to the dealership to wait on our vehicle because we needed it the next morning. We were there around an hour and finally received our vehicle without the transmission service being done. The wipers were replaced which were not agreed to because we had just replaced them 2 weeks ago. We know people are struggling getting employees, but would have appreciated communication. Being without a vehicle for almost 36 hours for an oil change and to check the windshield washer is unacceptable. More
Overall experience would be 3 out of 5 stars. 2 reasons that would factor would be: 1. Waited at least 30 min on the driveline for customer assistance & initial greeting. 2. The service and courtesy I received was outstanding. I was there waiting for the work to be completed and had plenty of time to observe the whole team working.
