AutoNation Honda always gives excellent service and honest pricing for my 2006 Civic. Shuttle service is efficient. Dealership loses 1 star because for the past 2-3 years their telephone service has deteriorated becoming sub-standard and increasingly annoying. No-one seems to man the phones at all. They either just ring then rollover to some general mailbox or if you get through to a dedicated mailbox you do not always receive a timely callback. More
The oil change and 2 flushes I authorized were great, but I made a 7am appointment and arrived at 6:50 am. The doors in service were still closed. I was the 3rd car in line and I didn’t leave until 9:30am. The wait time is to long considering my appointment time. The gentleman helping me I believe was Nathan and he was very nice. He did give me a 10% discount which I appreciate. I hope the dealership can find a way to speed up service. Thank you. More
