Please keep these comments CONFIDENTIAL. Thank you for your reply. I purchased 3 vehicles from your dealership over the years and not one time did I walk away from those experiences feeling confident that your sales and finance team had my best interest in mind. I was either missing paperwork, or it’s was done incorrectly and had to return to RE-COMPLETE the paperwork or I was missing parts, fobs or items listed on the certified paper that should have been in my possession when I left. Oh and don’t get me started on new license plates. I waited almost 3 MONTHS to receive my last set of plates on my last purchase. The Denton County tax office said there were piles of plates waiting to be picked up from your dealership. However, once I put the tax office in touch with the person claiming they had picked up all the plates that week they magically showed up the next morning at your dealership. All that being said, your Service Department is outstanding. Everyone in the Service Department should receive a bonus this year. Especially Mike Malone, he is a treasure and DOES have my best interest in mind. If this merits a phone discussion I’m happy to chat but honestly I’m not really interested in rehashing the past any further than what I’ve shared, unless you think some good will come from it.
