The Service Department was very slow. I arrived for my appointment but nobody helped. This was my first time. I waited and and waited for acknowledgment. Finally, after about 15 minutes, I arrived for my appointment but nobody helped. This was my first time. I waited and and waited for acknowledgment. I previously gave y'all a 5 star review because Cynthia was so wonderful - until she wasn't. She never returned my calls or texts. I ended up calling the parts department myself (Christian was super help was so wonderful - until she wasn't. She never returned my calls or texts. I took my van for oil change because I get emails/texts with coupons, they told me that oil change was excluded on that offer. I asked them to show me where it says that oil change was excluded and they co with coupons, they told me that oil change was excluded on that offer. I asked them to show me where it says that oil change was excluded and they couldn't show it to me. The clerk had an attitude with me all the time like if I was asking for free service. I understand that they are busy and do not have enough help but is not the way to treat customers. We were thinking in trade in our van there but definitely will go to another Honda dealer. More
