AutoNation Honda Lewisville Service Department continues to surprise me with great results. I hit a pothole on an old country Road, which popped my tire. I contacted Meredith who got me in same day and the to surprise me with great results. I hit a pothole on an old country Road, which popped my tire. I contacted Meredith who got me in same day and the mechanic found a replacement tire, even though it was not originally found in inventory. My tire was fixed and my car was washed all for free under my warranty. Additionally, the mechanic sent me a video of an actual hole in my tire from the ordeal so I knew exactly what the issue was. I’m really loving this service department! More

They were very attentive to our request for service. The whole staff were very courteous and efficient. They answered all our questions and let us know where we could wait and have refreshments.
