Very disorganized, kept trying to change the deal, kept sending different people out to try and intimidate me. The one exception was Finance guy. The dealership and staff are great and they finished the service earlier than expected (which was awesome!). I really liked the fact that they shared the services they would recommend for the car but they d service earlier than expected (which was awesome!). I really liked the fact that they shared the services they would recommend for the car but they did not insist when I said I would go with the standard/basic service. I could see how they respect the customer's' decision and do not make us feel uncomfortable about it. I really appreciate that. More

Experienced buyer here. I did not feel taken advantage of and I knew exactly what I wanted and comfortable with the amount I wanted to pay. My experience was very unpleasant. I was told it would only take 3 hours to get the inspection and routine maintenance performances. Nearly 8 hours later!! I walked away with routine maintenance & additio only take 3 hours to get the inspection and routine maintenance performances. Nearly 8 hours later!! I walked away with routine maintenance & additional maintenance & a failed inspection, and having paid $1,000! The only thing I mainly needed was the inspection and that wasn't successful, even though I got the car directly from Honda the year before! More
