Second time purchasing from this dealership. Great team - from sales to financing. Got great amount for my trade. I had gone to another Honda dealership and they offered a few thousand lower than Autonati - from sales to financing. Got great amount for my trade. I had gone to another Honda dealership and they offered a few thousand lower than Autonation, only to try to haggle with me over the number. I appreciate that the sales team at Autonation is straightforward and doesn't use high pressure sales tactics. They also don't add a bunch of items to the cars so the starting price isn't as high as other dealerships. More

Very disappointed in service. Asked to have headlight checked and was told both were fine, I explained my son had been stopped twice because it was busted. Wasn't until they drove the car up front that checked and was told both were fine, I explained my son had been stopped twice because it was busted. Wasn't until they drove the car up front that the girl helping us saw it was completed broken up. Makes me very uncertain on the rest of the work that was performed now. How do you even miss a completely busted up headlight when the customer specifically asked to have them both looked at? I'll tell you how, it wasn't looked at! More
