I purchased a car and then decided to bring it back within the five day window. When I received my car back the front license plate was missing. They said they destroy them. I find a car I want to purchase at another dealership and call to get my payoff and find out that my car has been paid off and then it’s 5 more days before it’s finally reversed so I can resume trying to buy a car. So I’m on my way to buy the car I want when a belt inside one of my front tires breaks. I’m thinking no big deal I paid 15 bucks each tire for warranty that covers even if someone stabs my tires they’re covered. But when I get there I find out that they have replaced my tires with new yet some cheap off brand I’ve never even heard of and that has voided my warranty! I call them cause I’m angry and the manager Mike hangs up on me. It cost me 95 bucks for the cheapest tire they had and I’m out 15x4 for the warranty I had on my tires which is no longer any good. I would think as a rule of thumb you don’t do anything to the car traded in during that 5 day return guarantee window just in case the customer does bring back the car and wants theirs back! My finance company said they’d never had a payoff come through that quick before. But they took they’re time doing the reversal payment. It took a total of almost two weeks. I feel like they new what they were doing. Probably upset I didn’t purchase from them and the likely hood the car I was after wouldn’t still be available. Autonation Lewisville owes me 155 bucks over those tires! And usually when u buy a car all the hard hit inquiries don’t hurt you if you do them all within a few days we’ll by the time the reversal was done and I can purchase my credit took a 30 point drop. Thanks I will NEVER buy from them and I’ll tell all my friends if I don’t get reimbursed for the tire and my warranty they caused to be voided! More

Overall experience was very good. The price for a brand new Honda I got was very good. Hannah Nguyen, the sales associate was very friendly, knowledgeable and very much detailed. Not pushy as well. They were following up after the sale, and taking care of anything with the vehicle. The only negative was with the finance department. They tried to put few thousand dollars extra in the loan application. They said it was a mistake when I pointed it out. So keep an eye on the numbers when you financing. More
