I didn't see any new cars on the showroom floor like I normally see and no donuts in break room,,,besides this everything is okay. I want to start this review by stating that I have given AutoNation Honda Lewisville every opportunity to make the situation right, yet they continue to fail to make the situation right. They will probably respond to this review as they have all the other 1 Star reviews before it saying they want me to call the General Manager (Who doesn't answer when you call or call you back when you leave a message). My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Autonation Honda Lewisville here in Texas a year ago. The car was a used Mazda CX-5 and it had a crack across the windshield from the left side to the right side of the car. The salesperson and the manager at the time agreed to have it replaced as part of the sale and scheduled it to be fixed at Safelite. I have text messages and the original work order to prove that it was scheduled by the salesman at Autonation and fixed at his request. Safelite sent the bill and Autonation refused to pay. Safelite sent me to collections since I am the registered owner of the vehicle now and I have tried to work with multiple managers at Autonation who say they will fix the issue but never do anything about it. I have emailed, called, and left messages with the salesperson (Jeremy Pullum) who does not respond and rarely answers the phone. I have elevated the issue to a sales manager (Taylor Douglas) who was supposed to resolve the issue in September of 2021, but never resolved it. I then elevated to the General Manager (Ali Thanawala) who has said they are taking care of it the few times I can actually get him on the phone, but he won't send confirmation nor will he return phone calls or emails. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and I definitely gave them the opportunity to fix the issue before resulting to leaving a bad review and reporting to the BBB but no one was willing to help. Run far away from this place. More
My service person Mike Malone is the best. My 2007 element is treated like a new car. I cannot afford a new car, so keeping it running is very important to me. Not happy with a complete empty gas tank when I was told it would have some put in. Also first car I ever bought and that is a bunch that was so dirty it was not even detailed. I have bought two new cars from this dealership. Today, for the second time, I was charged $25.00 for a tire rotation they did not do. Since they did it the last time, this time I marked the front tires wi for the second time, I was charged $25.00 for a tire rotation they did not do. Since they did it the last time, this time I marked the front tires with a sticker. After being charged and still in the service drive, I checked and the tires had not been rotated. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. This dealership doesn't seem to understand that it is against the law to charge for service and repair and then not do the work. More
