My service advisor, Ashlyn, was great. However, this is the second time the technician(s) has tried to upsell services that I just completed myself. On an earlier visit, I had changed the cabin and engine the second time the technician(s) has tried to upsell services that I just completed myself. On an earlier visit, I had changed the cabin and engine air filters - both were recommended to be changed. On my latest visit, technician recommended spark plugs and a new serpentine belt - I changed these literally two days before my appointment. I do a lot of my own work, so that wouldn't be reflected in any service history database. But, this type of upselling does NOT increase my trust in the service department. Is this happening to other unsuspecting customers? I hope not. More
