I had my Accord in for a routine oil change. James greeted me upon arrival. He promptly and respectfully explained the procedure and checked me in. The service was completed in a timely manner. I love my vehicle I bought there but don’t recommend this dealership. When my salesman told me that they would match financing rates, he didn’t mention only to a certain amount. They ended up taking the difference and putting it on my trade-in. Also, Michael Yarrow from finance and I got off on the wrong foot from the beginning. Then he said he would credit my $500 deposit to my credit card. That didn’t happen, so I called 7 days later, he said he’d check and call back in about 10 minutes. That never happened, so 3 days later I talked to Andy who said he was the finance director. He said it would be processed in 4-5 days. Fingers crossed that I don’t have to call back. More
