Bought a car from here in December 2021. A few weeks go by, I call and ask my sales member, she says she'll check. I call again; she says it's on back order. I call weeks later and get the run around from people. Then someone tells me they can't fix it because it's been too long. They transfer me to someone else. He says he'll get the part ordered, and I should hear from the service department in a week. That was 6 weeks ago. Since then, nobody will return my emails or voicemails. I called my bank and opened a dealer dispute, and they told the bank they would work with me directly. But surprise, I have not gotten a single call back. I'd give 0 stars if I could. More
I am so outraged and helpless, with the disbelief that the dealership of this size can have the entire chain of the Service advisors and their managers can be OUTRIGHT LIARs. 1. for god sake they would NE the dealership of this size can have the entire chain of the Service advisors and their managers can be OUTRIGHT LIARs. 1. for god sake they would NEVER call you and appraise your service status NOR they pick your call. Everytime you need to call SC and have them write an email to their manager to even get a call. 2. Their service advisors talk one thing to you and add another thing in history. I was waiting for breaks to get fixed for 3 days only to know end of third day, that lube will fix and THEY WONT PUT THAT In History because they dont know. This was third time i went for same issue every time they suggested different thing. first time grind rotors (couiple of 100s), then go again within month they will say rotate tires and conveniently ignore to put that in notes. Beware of this sham, and get the notes added right else they will trick you. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE, sad that many more will be prey. I just dont want to put the names of the people (though i know all of theirs) .Sad state. More
