Went in for an oil change and vehicle inspection. Advisor said it would take about an hour. After 1.75 hours, only the inspection had been completed. I was unaware that when I made the appt to have the airbags replaced per the recall that I needed to check if you had the needed parts. The man I made the appt with did not inform me of this. We got to airbags replaced per the recall that I needed to check if you had the needed parts. The man I made the appt with did not inform me of this. We got to our appt only to find out you did NOT have the parts and they needed to be ordered. So, a wasted trip, wasted time, and wasted gas! Once the parts were in, Cynthia called and another appt was set up which went smoothly. Cynthia was very nice and kept us informed as to when the car was ready for pickup. My husband got a ride home and back which was extremely helpful. Cynthia explained the needed repairs to me in words I could understand. More
