I have trusted this dealership's service department for over 10 years now and feel that they have taken good care of me. While it it not cheap, it is worth feeling that I can trust what they tell me. I have used this dealership since 1996. I have purchased 2 Honda Accords -- 2004 and 2012 I also purchased a 2004 Honda Pilot. This dealership was by the far the worst experience I EVER have had not only with a dealership but with a sales interaction, customer service, and maintenance. Paint damages, missing decal on my mirror, STILL A NON WORKING USB PORT, and instead of giving a xxxx as to what’s wrong I had to call CORPORATE for them to even answer the phone. I have ZERO respect for this dealership and auto nation in general. More
