My a/c condenser was replaced at no charge. Took car in at 7am & at 9:45 Ryen called to say it was ready. Ryen was very courteous & helpful. This was my first visit to the dealership. My visit took a little longer than expected but not too unreasonable. I was a little disappointed that the service person relied solely on a text instead of coming to me when service needs were needed. I'm not sure how long I would have waited if I hadn't gone and checked on my car myself. I didn't see the text come in. A replacement battery was suggested as well as tires. The price on the tires were reasonable, however, the battery was way over-priced. I appreciate AutoNation for honoring my free oil change. Everyone was very courteous and pleasant. Thank you More
