The service department was amazing , scheduling was easy and seem less and when I arrived I greeted immediatley. So appreciate the excellent customer service I receive from my go to Service Advisor Mike Malone. Always so knowledgeable, considerate of my time, financial situation, questions, quick to respond to calls from my go to Service Advisor Mike Malone. Always so knowledgeable, considerate of my time, financial situation, questions, quick to respond to calls etc. He is the BEST! Roger Sonier the service technician always does his best to get my repairs done efficiently and in a timely manner. On Saturday July 23rd when my car was ready, I received a text from Cindy who , when I called, was kind and considerate enough to go over the bill with me. I also had wonderful service from the cashier who worked that day...she was very patient with my pmt requests. I am very happy with everyone who had a part in this service call! More
