So appreciate the excellent customer service I receive from my go to Service Advisor Mike Malone. Roger Sonier the service technician always does his best to get my repairs done efficiently and in a timely manner. On Saturday July 23rd when my car was ready, I received a text from Cindy who , when I called, was kind and considerate enough to go over the bill with me. I also had wonderful service from the cashier who worked that day...she was very patient with my pmt requests. I am very happy with everyone who had a part in this service call! More
Sean Song was the one who sold us the vehicle. He bent over backwards to help us out worked so hard to make sure the whole process was quick and efficient and met our needs and timelines. The issue came after agreeing to the purchase and filling out all of the paperwork. The managers are very pushy with warranty upsells. I could not have been more firm with my "no" that we didn't have time and didn't need it, but they continued to pressure. Even after explaining I was on a time crunch, they only seemed to care about their own agenda, and I was not heard or treated as a customer but a sales opportunity. I missed lunch and was late to a weekend retreat because of their selfishness. This turned what should have been a great experience into frustration. More
We took our 2014 MDX for an oil change and to check our windshield washer. We dropped it off at 7:00AM (we had an appointment). We finally called at 5:00pm because we had heard nothing and they said they h windshield washer. We dropped it off at 7:00AM (we had an appointment). We finally called at 5:00pm because we had heard nothing and they said they hadn’t even looked at it. We finally received at text from Jordan at 1:00 the next day recommending a transmission service for approximately 200, and that the windshield washer just needed to be de clogged, which we agreed to immediately by text. We texted Jordan back around 4:00 asking about the status and heard nothing. So we drove to the dealership to wait on our vehicle because we needed it the next morning. We were there around an hour and finally received our vehicle without the transmission service being done. The wipers were replaced which were not agreed to because we had just replaced them 2 weeks ago. We know people are struggling getting employees, but would have appreciated communication. Being without a vehicle for almost 36 hours for an oil change and to check the windshield washer is unacceptable. More
Overall experience would be 3 out of 5 stars. 2 reasons that would factor would be: 1. Waited at least 30 min on the driveline for customer assistance & initial greeting. 2.
