I had a oil change in this location. After a week the half of the part of splashboard guard that is underneath the car fell off and damaged half of the guard. It made a very big noise and got scared to drive. Had to go to car repair shop. The repair guy said who ever did the oil change did not put the screw correctly. Due to which couple of screw fell off and the guard fell off. Had to pay $100 for the repair. Repair guy had to put some zip tie to hold off the guard. More

They forgot to send Title and Registration to California DMV. I incurred over a thousand dollars in late penalties when finally receiving the title. Also, the car was without the windscreen and jack. Both were listed as being included. Told afterward, they weren’t available.
