Went to Autonation Honda again on November 6th. Spoke with the Service Dept. again and with the Parts Department. Both were Fantastic. After our experience on 11/6 was atypical and based on a surge in traffic, not anything else. Kudos to Dorothy for her common sense approach. Thank you & see you again soon.
