We knew Honda helped their customers as we’ve seen and heard the commercials but my goodness how Cynthia and Honda went above and beyond in helping us with our unexpected situation was touching. Cynthia stayed in constant communication with us and explained in full detail the issue. The final outcome how Cynthia and Honda resolved our issue left us speechless (in a good way) literally brought me and my family to tears. May God continue to Bless Cynthia and Honda. Website not very friendly. Didn’t remember me from last visit using my cell phone number. I am not happy with the car. It has damage on the side that I was not told about. It was dark when I was given the key and was not happy when I saw it in the light. They should It has damage on the side that I was not told about. It was dark when I was given the key and was not happy when I saw it in the light. They should have told me. I asked for a second key, they said no that I would have to get it. The interior seats were not clean. Overall, felt they wanted to just get the car off the lot, was not told about the exterior damage, stained seats and interior floor is peeling from the doors. I wish I would have chosen a better condition vehicle, and am looking to trade it back in. More
