I have been coming to this Honda dealership in Lewisville for almost 6 years now and always have received excellent customer service, especially with James Norris. For my most recent service visit I was nee for almost 6 years now and always have received excellent customer service, especially with James Norris. For my most recent service visit I was needing a new set of tires for my Honda CRV since I was planning a road trip to Colorado. James researched the best tire to provide the traction that I was needing, got the tire ordered, delivered and mounted within a couple of days. Thank you James for the excellent customer service.
