Do not deal with salesman Valarian Nichols and especially not his manager, Job Alex. Cannot keep their words, Mr. Alex has a very condescending demeanor when in fact he should have been apologetic. Nope, he not his manager, Job Alex. Cannot keep their words, Mr. Alex has a very condescending demeanor when in fact he should have been apologetic. Nope, he speaks over me and only rambles on about how he is a terrible liar. Had a specific car locked for myself with text to back it up, and Job Alex simply tells me one morning, that there was a miscommunication (xx) and that they cannot hold the car for me for another 5 days. I honestly feel bad for Valarian, but he does not know what he is doing either. Don't make promises you can't keep. I would just skip the trip to this dealership entirely More

I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent purchase of a used 2008 Odyssey. Despite being assured that certain cosmetic issues would be fixed, they were left unresolved. To make matters worse, the car had a rear light bulb that was not functioning, and they sold it to me in that condition. The vehicle also had a history of multiple accidents that resulted in significant damage. The dealership had promised to address these issues, but they failed to do so.
