The service advisor Malone was excellent. He gets a 10/10 rating. The issue is how you royally messed me up with the shuttle service. I had to wait over 90 minutes for my 5 mile shuttle ride. He gets a 10/10 rating. The issue is how you royally messed me up with the shuttle service. I had to wait over 90 minutes for my 5 mile shuttle ride. While other customers who live further arrived after me and were getting dropped off before me. The shuttle service skipped over 2 customers and just left me and another customer stranded. I do appreciate the shuttle service thank you. But it's disheartening that you wait there for so long and somebody else comes after you and gets to jump the line and get shuttle service before you. There's absolutely no excuses for it. More
