Deal saved by Bob the sales manager. Salesman was okay, not very attentive. Price was really good, as long as there was no paintless dent repair from 3-29-25 hailstorm. Tires over inflated... 41 front and 41.5 psi on the rear. Window tint has bubbles on multiple windows. A couple of lug nuts are rusted. Overall, I was happy. Wish we could have moved through the process with a little more speed, once numbers were agreed to. Thank you! More

AutoNation Honda Lewisville Service Department continues to surprise me with great results. I hit a pothole on an old country Road, which popped my tire. I contacted Meredith who got me in same day and the to surprise me with great results. I hit a pothole on an old country Road, which popped my tire. I contacted Meredith who got me in same day and the mechanic found a replacement tire, even though it was not originally found in inventory. My tire was fixed and my car was washed all for free under my warranty. Additionally, the mechanic sent me a video of an actual hole in my tire from the ordeal so I knew exactly what the issue was. I’m really loving this service department! More
