The dealer sold me a 2016 Honda Odyssey, that on the test drive had no apparent issues. The check engine light came on after 100 miles of driving, revealing a busted gasket (in two places), ABS failure, susp drive had no apparent issues. We returned the vehicle, per our contractual agreement with AutoNation. But the dealer still cashed our check a day later. They failed to give any paperwork showing the return. They dragged their heels on the credit card refund, which they said would be quick. As for the check, which they said would be refunded within ten business days... we still have not received our money back. It's been almost a month since we purchased the vehicle. Any calls we make are sent to the one finance agent who doesn't return phone calls. I've been twice promised a check is coming or available, only to be told that it isn't, or for the dealer to fail to deliver on their promise. Their response to the google review is, "we're working on it." I feel sorry for anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation, should this dealership be a case study for the corporation's practices. More
