They are all smiles and seemingly nice to deal with while making the purchase. Please make sure you drive the car for awhile before you purchase and leave the dealership. We had an issue not 10 minutes up making the purchase. Please make sure you drive the car for awhile before you purchase and leave the dealership. We had an issue not 10 minutes up the road, turned around came back, they told us to take it around to service. They then asked to bring it back on Monday at 7:00am to service. We did, but they couldn't fix so they told us to take it over to the Nissan dealership and they would pay to have it repaired. When the cost for repairs turned out to be $2300, they then decided that the issue was caused after we left the dealership from something we did. Why didn't they just accuse us when we brought it back the same day within 10 minutes of leaving. We had to pay $175 for Nissan diagnosing the issue before we could leave. Asked Autonation Honda to at least cover that part, since they requested us to take it there in the first place, but Mo, one of the managers, got a little smart with me, so I just hung up. Lesson learned. When they tried to hit us with a $375/mo car payment for a $11,990 priced vehicle, we should have just left then instead of dealing to get them down to where it should have been in the first place. Pay attention to one and two star reviews, they are there for a reason. I'm sure not all have had the same experience, but our dealings were truly disappointing. More
