Worst dealership experience ever. The level of incompetence shines from the sales people, to the used car manager, to the sales manager, the F&I dept, and finally the GM. They will lie, mislead, incompetence shines from the sales people, to the used car manager, to the sales manager, the F&I dept, and finally the GM. They will lie, mislead, play old school games when it comes to credit financing and apr's available and in general not deliver on anything. I encourage anyone to drive down the road to a more reputable dealer. However if you must deal with these amateurs record every conversation, save every email and text. It took almost 90 days for the dealership to issue the refund I was owed after they failed miserably to pay off the trade vehicle. Over the last 4 years, I have bought 2 cars and highly recommended this location to all my friends. Over last week, it has gone from a 6 out of 5 stars to a -2 stars. I know last time I was in the location for service there was very few employees in the store. The one I spoked to about it said they had to let most of their workforce go. It shows... For the last week+, I have called, left messages, and just been aghast at how bad service has been. Almost every time I called and went to the service option, I was sent to a offsite call center that then sent me to Tammy or Scott's voicemail. That was, according to me phone, 17 calls not including transfers. The first time I called I got to Steve at the location. He said he needed some paperwork before they could schedule me and would call me back shortly. -- That was over a week ago now. Mostly I get sent to the service manger's Tammy's voicemail. Not once have I been called back. The last time I called I did not choose service. I picked Sales. And that got me right to Richard (I think... this was the 3rd call of the day) who said he was one of the Managers for the store. After finding my account and explaining what has been going on, he said 'I will go over and speak to Tammy right now and have her call you right back'. That... was 6 hours ago. No call. I was planning on buying another car here. Now... I think I will take my business elsewhere for purchases. Unfortunately, I have to deal with them for several more years for service and warranties that I purchased with my cars. It's such a same that this one experience has absolutely ruined my opinion of this location. Shame. Shame. Shame More
I saw a used Hobda van on carvax and went out to see it. I could not drive it since it hadn’t been in the shop. I told them I would buy it and asked to.be called as soon as it was out of service. I worked with Isaac, Hilary and Taylor the manager all who would not answer the phone or call me back. Taylor is the worst! He asked me what was the mileage on the car and told me it was wrong and the car was sold. I have left multiple calls and many texts to Taylor who has not had the manners or work ethic to even call me back. This dealer is shifty and dishonest and I would never do business with them. It’s 5 days later and still no response from multiple messages. I have never worked with such a team of lazy sales individuals who don’t care about servicing customers or care about selling a car. Autonation Lewisville is the worst place to buy a car! Beware! Donna More
WARNING! The finance department at this store scammed my mom. Be very careful if you do business with them. Save a headache and take your business somewhere else with honest people. The finance representative advised my mom to purchase GAP protection ($1,100), Tire and Wheel Protection ($589) and VVP Vehicle Protection Plan ($2,995). My mom told the finance rep she did not need any of those products. The representative told my mom he could lower the loan interest rate if she bought the products. He also advised her to wait a few weeks and go back to the car dealership and cancel the products to get a refund. My mom follows the rep advise. She went back to the store a few weeks later and a new finance representative helped her. The rep said he was new and did not have any business cards. He also told her he had requested the cancellation of the products and wrote a note a on piece a paper what he had cancelled and initialed it. My mom wait a another 3 weeks and call the store but she was told everyone was busy and to call back later. She has since then call everyday but no one is ever available to help her. Today (April 26, 2021) I went tot he store with my mom and no one would help us. A sales person (Jeanna) told us we were welcome to wait to speak with a finance representative but it was very unlikely someone would talk to us today. She told us to go back another day. When I asked her for her business card she said she did not have nosiness cards. I saw at least 3 finance representatives available but they wouldn't talk to us according to Jenna. We called the GAP insurance company directly to cancel it and we were referred back to the dealership. I would not recommend doing business with this store. They will take your money and ignore you later the sale. I have submitted a complaint with the BBB and TXDMV. I have wasted too much time trying to help my mom cancel the products she bought from this store. The sales person on this sales contract was Benson Obriki, SM was Kristopher McNeal and CFS, Scott Vo. More
Had rattle in dash of my 2018 Accord. Rusty Wallis tried three times over three years to fix it and failed every time. Even replaced dash and re-installed it incorrectly. I had an engine replaced by the service department and they failed to install a kit required for engine replacement. As a result of their negligence, within 5 months the engine failed and needs to be rep they failed to install a kit required for engine replacement. As a result of their negligence, within 5 months the engine failed and needs to be replaced again. Its been three weeks and still not fixed and they wont provide a loaner/rental. More
