Had rattle in dash of my 2018 Accord. Rusty Wallis tried three times over three years to fix it and failed every time. Even replaced dash and re-installed it incorrectly. I had an engine replaced by the service department and they failed to install a kit required for engine replacement. As a result of their negligence, within 5 months the engine failed and needs to be rep they failed to install a kit required for engine replacement. DO NOT buy a car from these scam artists! They knowingly sold me a car with a transmission issue that showed up less than 200 miles since I bought it. Now I can't seem to get anyone to call me back when the sold me a car with a transmission issue that showed up less than 200 miles since I bought it. Now I can't seem to get anyone to call me back when they were all over me before I bought the car. This morning Richard the sales manager was supposed to call, but haven't heard from him. Let me add that I've just been quoted $7700 to replace the transmission and was told this was obviously a known issue! FRAUD! More
I purchased a used vehicle from this shop along with a $1,500 warranty. The vehicle was only driven locally for a total of 1,047 miles, and became nondrivable. AutoNation advised me to tow it to Mazda rep $1,500 warranty. The vehicle was only driven locally for a total of 1,047 miles, and became nondrivable. AutoNation advised me to tow it to Mazda repair shop as they don't service Mazdas at this location and confirmed the repairs and warranty would be honored. I ended up paying for towing, the warranty is not covering repairs, and AutoNation has given me the run around. After 12 phone calls where I was constantly sent to various employees' voicemails, I was finally able to escalate the issue where I requested their inspection and repair report prior to sale. The repair shop and a third party reviewed the report, and confirmed that the extensive repairs needed were present prior to selling me the car. My car has been sitting in a shop for 2 weeks now, while we wait for AutoNation's response. This is simply unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical business practices. I am appalled that they would sell a car in such subpar condition and that their customer service would be so poor. Update soon to come. More
Honda is a great car. Just don't buy it here. I bought a 1 year old Civic Sedan and financed with honda. I had a fair credit rating at the time so I made sure to have a good down payment. I thought they where helping me but they where helping themselves. The car being used was only marked down $1000. from new with 17,000 miles. After basically being made to add-ons to get financed, window coating (turns out was already applied) And a service plan ( which was just oil changes at over $300 each visit). I wanted my payments lower, I got them lower with my $7000.00 down payment. only to find out that my original loan amount never changed. And to top it off. I only recieved 1 of they original keys, dealership lost the 2nd. More

We came to pick up a car that was serviced and we communicated the last name of the person who had dropped off the car, car type, color, etc. However, this dealership had erroneously put the first na communicated the last name of the person who had dropped off the car, car type, color, etc. However, this dealership had erroneously put the first name as the last name. Then, the person who catered to us, Joe Sims, asked us who spoke to the person on the phone but we weren’t told we had to provide that specific information considering the database should find customers based on last name and vehicle type and more. Then Joe Sims’ tone to us was very mean because he was blaming us for giving the wrong name which is wrong. We gave both the first name and last name. Then, we gave the phone number and then we were referred to another very nice guy. While the second guy was very nice, Joe Sims was very mean to us. More

WE RECEIVED 3 EMAILS LETTING US KNOW THEY WERE PR TOOK MY SON IN TO BUY HIS FIRST CAR. I HAVE THE CAR RESERVED FOR 2 DAYS FOR US TO COME IN AND SEE. WE RECEIVED 3 EMAILS LETTING US KNOW THEY WERE PREPARING THE CAR AND IT WOULD BE PULLED UP AS SOON AS WE GET THERE. HA!! WE WENT IN, AND WAITED FOR 15 MIN AND ISHMAEL FINALLY PULLED THE CAR UP...BUT IT WASN'T OUR CAR. THEY MADE IT APPEAR AS A MISTAKE.....THEN THEY SAID THEY'D GO GET IT. ANOTHER 15MIN AND THE MANAGER Wolf Quintero CAME UP AND SAID "OH, THEY ARE BRINGING THE HOOD BACK TO PLACE ON THE CAR BECAUSE IT HAD HAIL DAMAGE. SO IF YOU COULD GO EAT AND COME BACK...." I ASKED HIM WHY IT WASN'T DISCLOSED AT FIRST. "WELL WE WERE GOING TO FIX IT, NOT JUST SEND YOU OUT WITH HAIL DAMAGE." I THEN ASKED HIM WAS THAT THE ONLY PLACE? HE THEN HE SAID, "WELL, NO, THERE'S ALSO SOME ON THE ROOF OF THE CAR." I WONDER WHY HE DIDN'T DISCLOSE THAT AS WELL WITHOUT ME HAVING TO DIG DEEPER. I TOLD HIM IT WASN'T SHOWING ON CARFAX...HE SAID "WELL THAT'S CARFAX'S FAULT." I SAID NO, IT'S YOUR FAULT BECAUSE YOU OWN THE VEHICLE AND COULD HAVE TOLD THIS TO ME 2 DAYS AGO BEFORE I TOOK OFF WORK AND BROUGHT MY CHILDREN 45MILES HERE TO SEE THE CAR. HE JUST SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS. WHAT I THOUGHT WAS FUNNY THOUGH WAS THEY WERE TRAINING A NEW SALESMAN BUT IMMEDIATELY PULLED HIM BACK AWAY TO ANOTHER AREA WHEN THEY SAW THIS GOING SOUTH, AND MAYBE DIDN'T WANT HIM TO SEE THE BAIT AND SWITCH THEY WERE PLAYING. I TOLD WOLF, THE MANAGER, IF I COULDN'T TRUST THEM WITH THIS, THEN I COULDN'T TRUST THEM WITH THE REST!!! MY TWO KIDS SAW THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE AND SAW WHY A LOT OF PEOPLE, INCLUDING MYSELF, HATE WITH A PASSION BUYING CARS BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE THIS, AND DEALERSHIPS LIKE THIS TRYING TO SCREW YOU OVER.
