Any rating for this service department above a 1 are bogus. I have called this service department on 6 - 8 occasions and have never been able to connect with a service advisor. I have left messages on each occasion with name and number and NEVER received a return call from any of them. Called the General Manager on two occasions with no answer. Left messages and no return calls. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY ARE INEPT AT EVEN A SIMPLE TASK SUCH AS RETURNING A PHONE CALL. Please be kind the service industry workers. The whole world is short staffed. A little bit of patience and a kindness is needed in this world today. Cynthia Cortez was my service rep. Cynthia was very helpful, honest and kind. My service took longer than what was expected, but she kept me updated the entire time and truly felt bad that it was taking so long. I was understanding that the staff was doing their best with what they had. Sure I was frustrated, but yelling and getting upset with the staff isn’t going to change anything. It won’t make they work faster, and it won’t make the parts needed arrive sooner. The only thing it does is makes the staffs job harder and more stressful. Thank you so much Cynthia for helping me get my serviced and being honest about your recommendations! I will definitely be back! More

I had an appointment scheduled for 9:30am for an oil change. I didn’t receive a phone call until 10:55am to go over what they found during their inspection. I’m not sure why it takes 1.5hrs for an inspe change. I didn’t receive a phone call until 10:55am to go over what they found during their inspection. I’m not sure why it takes 1.5hrs for an inspection on my car when I had an appointment scheduled a week in advanced. They suggested that I get air filters, ethanol corrosion inhibitor, spark plugs and drive belt during this visit. I told them that I got my spark plugs done July of last year (at a Honda dealership at another location) so that shouldn’t need updated, but would go ahead with the filters and the ethanol corrosion inhibitor. She said she would call me back once my car was finished. I never heard back, so I called the dealership at 3:30pm to find out the status of my car. I tried calling the “check on status” operator, but no one answered. I called back and selected “speak with an operator to schedule an appointment” and I was transferred to the associate who was in charge of my car. The operator said that she would also send a message letting them know to call me back if they did not answer. Which no one did and I never received a call back. I decided to go over there at 4:30pm because I still had not heard back and they are not open on Sunday’s and I didn’t want my car to get stuck there until Monday. I showed up and there were 5 associates standing around chatting and no one acknowledged me. I stood there for about 2 minutes before another associate came and asked how he could help. He went back and pulled my paperwork and got the associate that was assigned to me. She came over and apologized to me about the miscommunication. She went on lunch and thought someone else had called me. She proceeded to walk me over to the cashier and went over my paperwork like there was nothing wrong. I asked to speak to someone because this was absolutely ridiculous. They had my car for 7 hours when I had scheduled an appointment and this service shouldn’t have taken that long. Absolutely unacceptable. The customer liaison just apologized and said I hope you can give us another chance. When I asked if they could do anything to keep my business, she simply offered me $30 off my next service. I just wanted to go home at this point so I said sure and paid my bill. We then waited another 7 minutes before they sent someone to retrieve my car. They pulled it around and I noticed that I didn’t even get the complimentary car cleaning that they offer. The car sitting in the bay next to mine was getting hand cleaned by an associate. Looking at the paperwork, I saw that my car was ready to pick up at 11:25pm. My car had been sitting in the direct sun for 5 hours. This isn’t the first time that they’ve dropped the ball. I’ve been to several Honda dealerships and I will NOT be returning to get my car serviced here at the Lewisville Honda AutoNation nor will I purchase a new car from them. My money will be spent somewhere else where they value customer service. More
Recently moved to Texas, was have a problem with my AC. Both Michael and Christine were on top of everything! They got me in located the problem ordered the part and my car was fixed in a week!
