Honestly, I don't like leaving reviews but here I go. I met with my advisor Steven who was so nice - from beginning to me leaving the dealership. I was able to speak with Christina* the service manager and told her the situation and she didn't hesitate to fulfill the request. They ACTUALLY go through with what they say they are going to do. I leased my car about 3 years ago and return for maintenance, I am always greeted when I pull up. My service guy makes my day ( James Norris) and always gets the job done. I appreciate that he keeps me updated and gives me a rundown of anything I might or do need done to my car without being pushy,I got burned by a shop a few years ago because I'm a was talked into things I didn't need in an inspection and screwed out of my money so now I'm very hesitant when it comes to spending my money when it comes to my car . James has definitely earned my trust and I believe he will do what's right for my car maintenance. The dealership is always clean and being a breast cancer survivor I love the fact it is supported here. Everyone is nice so you can't go wrong but James Norris is definitely my pick. More

He was an enthusiastic go-getter from start to finish (10 hours total, with a one hour break); Jay worked his heart out to help deliver the exact car that I was looking for, and he did it with a great smile, good humor, and a sense of integrity that I appreciate and admire very much. Many people make their purchases not only based on the quality of the merchandise, but also on the manner in which they are treated by the staff.
