At the time I purchased my vehicle, I left a 5-star rating. Excellent pre-sale experience. I had questions, though, immediately after the sale (three of which I had asked at the time of the sale and rating. Excellent pre-sale experience. For the last two weeks, I have left over 7 messages to Jay (sales person) and Taylor (sales manager). Jay made 2 post-sale appointments with me and did not show up to either one, and he has not responded to numerous voice mails or emails. After a week of no response from Jay, I followed up with two emails to Taylor and have been similarly ignored. Not a single word out of either of them. They seemed tickled to take my cash but have provided no interest in my concerns following the sale. This lack of customer service/responsiveness is deplorable. I will not be returning to Autonation in Lewisville. More

Normally after the scheduled maintenance (oil change and 4 wheel alignment), the vehicle drives smoother. However for whatever reason I did not get the same feeling this time around.
