It was a regular oil change with a Multi-Point Inspection. When I got to the Service Center, I didn't have to wait long for the Service Advisor to greet me and start processing my visit. Had my car serviced at this location and recently realized there was no water in my windshield wiper. Ask someone to put some fluid in it fir me only to find out that when I serviced my car the water realized there was no water in my windshield wiper. Shameful is an understatement... I had an appointment with Jean Cilien @ 730am. I arrived only to have to watch him clip his nails in the driveway for 10 mins... not only this is completely unpleasant, b with Jean Cilien @ 730am. I arrived only to have to watch him clip his nails in the driveway for 10 mins... not only this is completely unpleasant, but throughout his "manicure", he completely ignored me even though i approached him to start the check-in process... from there he was condensing and had a major attitude for no apparent reason. As far as the service: it was fine, but again Jean didn't call me to let me know that my car was ready or any communication through the day. Jean aside, I had no major issues. More
