Came in on a Monday for a trunk repair that was covered by warranty. Had to come back the Wednesday because the part was not in stock. Upon arrival on Wednesday no one knew why I was there I had to forcef by warranty. Had to come back the Wednesday because the part was not in stock. Upon arrival on Wednesday no one knew why I was there I had to forcefully talk to someone to get my vehicle into the repair line. The advisor who helped me was very helpful and pleasant. It was just a headache to know that the message of me coming back ti get the work completed was not relayed. More
