Honda, like other places such as Firestone, has this bad and dishonest practice of overcharging customers for parts. The same parts that regular Auto Parts sell for like $33, they will charge you $96 to and dishonest practice of overcharging customers for parts. The same parts that regular Auto Parts sell for like $33, they will charge you $96 to $130 for it. I got charged $127 for 4 spark plugs and another $127 for a coil cover, not including the labor fee and another fee of $56 added for tools they used at the shop. Those tools are there to be used for years, how could a dealer charge each customer $56 or more for using its own tools. Besides charging a lot for labor, Honda chooses to cheat its customers out of parts prices by charging 2 to 4 times the normal price and falsely claim "these parts are original Honda parts, that's why they cost 3 or 4 times the price of parts at local Auto Parts". While it might be true for some specific parts, spark plugs, coil cover, valve cover gasket, etc... that Honda used are not OEM parts. They purchase them at discounted prices from local auto parts stores. I think the BBB and Department of Commerce should start investigating these shady practices from those big companies. More

My visit went well. I went for oil change and tire rotation and was told it was not necessary yet. Wow! Most places would do the service and charge you any way. Found out I needed a part to engage my A/C compressor, but I have to wait for the part to come in. Great visit. More

I would highly recommend this shop for all my vehicle repairs. Great customer service!! Friendly office staff. Receptionist Katrina is very knowledgeable and kept me well informed. Estimator Nick and Die repairs. Great customer service!! Friendly office staff. Receptionist Katrina is very knowledgeable and kept me well informed.
