Avinash (Avi), Service Advisor, called me every day at every step of the service to advise me on what the problem(s) could be, and what the solution(s) were, and what the possible costs of repairs would be. He gave me a date that the repairs would be completed and he even went to work on his off day to check on the status of the car. He called me from the dealer, on his off day, to let me know the car was ready to be picked up. In 30 years of owning cars I have never had someone keep me that up-to-date with my car and the repairs. Thanks Avi! More
